Family Led Intervention Services

For early learners ages 2 - 8

Quality Support, Meaningful Change

Quality support can make a lasting difference for families and we wholeheartedly believe that you are your child’s best teacher. Our ABA services focus on assisting individuals and their caregivers develop skills related to communication, social, and daily living while meeting individuals and those who support them where they are at.

Unlike traditional high-intensity models, we offer low-dose ABA therapy—fewer direct hours, with a strong emphasis on empowering caregivers. Parents and caregivers are trained to become active participants in their child’s growth, learning how to implement strategies naturally in everyday routines while a behavior analyst provides ongoing support.

We prioritize:

  • Individualized goals focused on social skills, communication and independence

  • Regular data collection to track progress and guide decisions

  • Training for parents, caregivers and other change agents in-home and in the community

  • Collaborative goal-setting

  • Parent-led data collection to monitor progress and guide decisions

This model is designed for families who want a flexible, sustainable approach to ABA that fits into their lives—without sacrificing effectiveness.

Flexible Service Model

A typical ABA treatment model requires between 10-35 hours per week and while there is robust research behind intensive and comprehensive ABA treatment, there is also evidence that suggests parents and caregivers can be just as effective as trained paraprofessionals and intervention can be effective with lower doses of treatment hours.

  • Early Social Responding - Helping parents to establish social behavior with their children through play and naturalistic teaching. This is a short term offering.

  • Toilet training - Together, the family and behavior analyst will develop a plan including pre-requisite skills, habit training and initiation training. This is a short term offering.

  • Treatment for demand sensitivity and shared control - Caregivers are led through a systematic approach for addressing barriers and reducing the likelihood of developing challenging behavior

  • Short Term - Generally only requires 1 treatment period (6 months) Long Term - May extend beyond 1 treatment period (6 months)

Behavior Skills Training

Parents and caregivers play a vital role in their child’s progress. We provide hands-on training to help change agents implement evidence-based strategies that support the development of social skills, communication, and daily living skills.

Using a structured approach called Behavior Skills Training (BST):

  • Explain each strategy clearly

  • Model the techniques in action

  • Provide guided practice and feedback

Caregivers will be trained across a variety of skill areas, and we’ll teach you how to collect and interpret data to track your child’s progress. This allows us to make informed adjustments and ensure meaningful, measurable change over time.
