Nichole L. Nistler, M.S, Owner/BCBA

At this time, Nichole is the sole practitioner at the Center for Behavior Change. She has been providing ABA services in the Madison area since 2009. She graduated with a masters in psychology with a specialization in applied behavior analysis from Capella University in 2019. She is currently working towards a doctoral degree in applied behavior analysis at Endicott College. What keeps her excited about the field is that the work is both rewarding and challenging, it requires creativity and sharp thinking and of course and most especially, making a positive impact on the lives of those she serves.

Nichole is a dynamic clinician with unmatched experience delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children, teens, and young adults on the autism spectrum. Nichole excels at translating complex behavioral concepts into clear, practical strategies that lead to meaningful and lasting change. Her work reflects a commitment to the highest standards of care and an unwavering dedication to the individuals and families she serves.

She brings expertise across a wide range of intervention areas and including both naturalistic and structured teaching strategies across the lifespan. Nichole is also highly skilled in analyzing and treating challenging behavior. She is passionate about teaching parents and caregivers to be effective change agents for their children and loved ones.

With a rare blend of clinical precision, creativity, and compassion, Nichole sets a high standard for thoughtful, effective, and transformative ABA care. In her free time she can be found with her dog, Buddy, likely going on some sort of outdoor adventure or relaxing in the yard (he relaxes, she gardens). She also enjoys riding her bike, lifting weights, traveling and is always listening to music.
