Nichole L. Nistler, M.S, Owner/BCBA

Nichole is a skilled and dynamic clinician with over 16 years of experience delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children, teens, and young adults on the autism spectrum. Known for her quick and creative problem-solving, Nichole excels at translating complex behavioral concepts into clear, practical strategies that lead to meaningful and lasting change. Her work reflects a commitment to the highest standards of care and an unwavering dedication to improving the lives of the individuals and families she serves.

She brings expertise across a wide range of intervention areas, including the development of early social and communication skills through naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions (NDBI), establishing robust verbal skill repertoires using vocal communication, sign language, and/or assistive technologies (Applied Verbal Behavior), and for learners who require more formal instruction, she is highly skilled at developing learner specific intensive and errorless teaching protocols.

Nichole is also adept in analyzing and treating challenging behavior, including conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and creating individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). She has several years of experience utilizing Practical Functional Analysis (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT).

Her work also extends to supporting executive functioning and independent living skills, helping individuals thrive at every stage of development.
